Terms & Conditions

⚠️ Please read these Terms carefully before using LaunchPad. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About LaunchPad

LaunchPad is a curated career discovery and membership platform operated by Khanna Associates (CIN: 07ANUPK6689G1Z5), registered in India. The platform provides members with access to a curated database of job openings at funded startups, along with discovery tools, profile features, and career resources.

Important: LaunchPad is a membership platform providing access to job opportunity information and career tools. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or employer responses. All hiring decisions are made independently by employers. LaunchPad is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an intermediary in any employment contract.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use LaunchPad. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform for lawful career exploration purposes.

3. Membership and subscription

LaunchPad offers the following membership plans:

Explorer (₹299/month or ₹2,990/year): Limited browsing access to listed job openings. Application tools not included.
Insider (₹799/month or ₹7,190/year): Full platform access including unlimited browsing, application submission, and weekly job digest.
Elite (₹1,799/month or ₹15,990/year): All Insider features plus profile promotion, resume development support, interview preparation resources, and priority support.

All prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added at checkout. A GST invoice will be issued for every payment.

4. Billing and auto-renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before your renewal date.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.

5. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new members on the Insider plan. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will be activated and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel during the trial at any time with no charge.

6. Platform access and limitations

LaunchPad provides access to job opportunity listings sourced from verified funded startups. The availability, accuracy, and currency of listings may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that any listed opportunity will result in an interview, offer, or employment.
Application tools facilitate submission of your profile to employers. Employer response, shortlisting, and hiring decisions are entirely at the employer's discretion.
Elite plan features including resume development and interview preparation are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Member conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information in your profile or application
Use the platform to spam, scrape, or harvest employer contact details
Share your account credentials with others
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any platform feature

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All content on LaunchPad — including text, design, logos, and code — is the property of Khanna Associates and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will be accurate or complete at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchPad and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or income.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
